CLIENT | EBAY
Brief: ebay- the e-commerce company, partnered with Deliverers to align and energise their sales teams for the final quarter to meet a sales target of $400m.
Objectives: ebay wanted to encourage their teams to think about their business’ value proposition of how to target strategic partners for core growth.
Solution: Deliverers conducted a unique two day summit for over 200 people. It was a combination of seminars and breakout sessions including inspiring guest speakers, informative group activities, and engaging evening entertainment.
CLIENT | GSK
Brief: GSK- a global healthcare company partnered with Deliverers to engage and invest in newly hired employees.
Objectives: GSK's aim was to enhance an already effective system by introducing a structured process to enable managers and recruits to be aware of each other’s expectations.
Solution: Deliverers’ implemented ‘On Boarding’ as part of their best practice throughout all sections of the company. This enabled managers and recruits to quickly agree on objectives, share values and discuss styles of working. Deliverers provided the mechanisms to align both graduates and managers to their shared future vision.
CLIENT | SAKS FIFTH AVENUE
Brief: Saks, Fifth Avenue are leaders in the luxury retail market. To maintain a competitive advantage they partnered with Deliverers to heighten, personalise and engage their customer service practices to become the ultimate retailers in the’ shopping experience’.
Objectives: Saks wanted to increase the effectiveness of their sales force, raise their external profile, increase turnover and improve staff retention.
Solution: Deliverers developed a bespoke combination of ‘Sales Practice Sessions,’ including eLearning platforms and drama, animation and education films to support Saks in developing
the best possible retail experience.
CLIENT | VODAFONE
Brief: Vodafone, a multinational telecommunications provider, commissioned Deliverers to build a new learning program to develop and support their retail staff.
Objectives: Vodafone wanted to improve retail staffs’ customer service by growing their product knowledge and ability to engage and sell to customers
Solution: Deliverers designed Vodafone’s ‘Way of Retail,’ a combined learning approach centred on gamified learning across multiple devices that included simulation training, best practices and eLearning modules focusing on product training materials.
CLIENT | NHS
Brief: The NHS, specifically the Royal Free Hospital, partnered with Deliverers to provide a combined learning program focusing on communicating the challenges of working with palliative care patients.
Objectives: The NHS wanted to improve their carer staff’s best practices, situational
management and sensitivity to working with palliative care patients in their care.
Solution: Deliverers developed a learning solution that included eLearning modules consisting of, animation, drama and educational footage from
key personnel, different scenario simulations and module questions to enable staff to understand and better manage the sensitivities and difficulties of working with palliative care patients.
CLIENT | ASTRAZENECA
Brief: AstraZeneca, a leading pharmaceutical business, partnered with Deliverers to develop and improve best practises and overcome the learning obstacles for their Primary Care Teams.
Objectives: AstraZeneca wanted to ensure their staff could adapt and excel in the changing and competitive pharmaceutical sector.
Solution: Deliverers successfully designed and managed an event focusing on 500 members of the Primary Care Team. This Event was a vehicle for AstraZeneca to disseminate their new strategy, collect feedback and highlight risks and best practices in an inclusive, engaging and considered manner.
CLIENT | IMD
Brief: IMD- an international leading business school, worked with Deliverers to grow the ‘IMD learning experience.’
Objectives: IMD's aim was to enhance the quality of their courses by using our Combining Learning Solution to create both engaging virtual learning and a structured live teaching environment with which to inspire selected stakeholders.
Solution: Deliverers created a bespoke, virtual informative presentation alongside an interactive correspondence forum. An additional platform was also created to host grouped live learning. Deliverers supported and monitored these solutions.
CLIENT | DELL
Brief: Dell Inc. a pioneering technology company, worked with Deliverers to design an eLearning solution for sales teams and retail partners to develop sales capacity, best practices and knowledge of the new Dell product.
Objectives: Dell commissioned Deliverers to design an eLearning solution to prepare the Dell sales team to launch their new product. They wanted their teams to understand the new brand, know the product features and be aware of the customer experience risks.
Solution: Deliverers created a gamified eLearning approach centred on product knowledge and best practices. The Digital solutions were supported by a training and assessment program.
CLIENT | DELOITTE
Brief: Deloitte, one of the ‘Big Four’ professional service firms, worked with Deliverers to understand and disseminate the new strategy of the company’s CEO in order to communicate and align their shared futures.
Objectives: Deloitte wanted to overcome organisational challenges without changing existing structure, disrupting work or deviating from established organisational values.
Solution: Deliverers created a combined approach developing a bespoke peer-to-peer, ‘Enterprise Platform’, consisting of interactive stakeholder learning forums whilst gamifying the new Deloitte strategy to become an engaging challenge for individuals to realise within new business.
