This event acted as a refresher for three hundred Rheumatologist sales reps. But this was a refresher course with a difference; Deliverers bought specialist physicians to the event who carried out ‘real-life’ role plays with the delegates. With their expert knowledge, the physicians were able to be brutally honest about the skills of the reps and give a level of feedback that enabled them to greatly improve knowledge and service levels. The role plays were scored and filmed by our video production team putting the delegates under pressure to perform.
