east homes – seize the opportunity
Deliverers created an uplifting ‘away day’ for the East Homes Sales Department. The ‘Seize The Opportunity’ theme was brought to life by a bespoke board game. We created a property game, which represented all of East Homes' properties. We also provided a facilitator, who ran buzz sessions and ice breaker games with a strong emphasis on training and learning. ‘Seize The Opportunity’ inspired the sales team to provide existing and prospective buyers and tenants with a greatly improved service.
