Atos Origin, the world’s leading IT services and business consultancy tasked Deliverers with finding ways to improve their quality of service and overall efficiency.
We worked closely with Atos Origin to create an achievable set of standards that would help their business become more efficient, effective and in turn, profitable.
Once the standards, called The Nine Pillars Of Quality Service, had been agreed, we set in place an implementation programme that would take their principles and ensure they became part of everyday life within Atos Origin.
As part of the implementation programme, we designed and delivered a two-day event for managers. During the event, delegates created a web site, video, road map and brochure to illustrate case study solutions. Managers left the event with a DVD package containing everything they needed to inspire and educate their teams.
