Deliverers worked closely with AstraZeneca to help deliver their new strategy. Having undergone significant organisational restructure, it was critical for AstraZeneca to align and engage its staff on the strategy moving forward and to instil confidence. There was also a strong need to recognise the performance and role model behaviour of top employees.
We designed a clear theme for the strategy and created a strategy book which was distributed to all staff at the 2008 conference.
The staff conference had very positive feedback from the participants and the Directors:
86% understood the strategic direction
84% believed high personal and team performance was recognised
69% increased confidence in the leadership of their senior management
