So you think you can run a restaurant?

Deliverers have been involved with the AstraZeneca Leadership over the last year. Teamwork and communication has been a major issue. Deliverers developed a unique programme the Primary Care Leadership Team.

They were tasked to run a restaurant for over 100 paying guests during a busy lunchtime. They were scrutinised by the manager and assessed by the guest. Prior to the day in the restaurant Deliverers facilitated a day session to work out their needs and after the event attendees were able to give and receive feedback.

The day was designed to develop communication, teamwork and leadership.
