Astrazeneca is one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies and we have been working with them for a number of years. Following a recent difficult restructuring process, AstraZeneca tasked us with designing and facilitating two large events - one in Scotland and one in Wales. They needed to inform, motivate and re-energize their UK staff. Our biggest challenge was to create two memorable events that would bring about a huge mindset and cultural change, quickly and effectively.
