This event built on the achievements of St. Andrew’s and picking up on the key messages of empowerment, responsibility and accountability, provided an opportunity for the managers who were present in Scotland to deliver what they had learnt to their teams. With a variety of delivery styles and techniques that included question and answer sessions, a fun quiz with prizes, buzz sessions and main plenary talks; delegates were kept engaged and involved throughout this event. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
