Deliverers worked with Baby Concierge to design an in-house training programme for prospective sales consultants and is intended for implementation in April 2008. The programme will be appropriate for one to one sessions as well as small groups.

Increasing the number of consultants will provide cover for evenings and weekend consultations to avoid postponing/turning away prospective buyers. With the current 95%conversion rate this will grow the business and help it towards the longer term goal of conversion to a franchise model.

Delivererss designed and formatted four half-day sessions for delivery over a four week period to allow information to be absorbed and consolidated by delegates.
