16/03/2007After months of consulting, we were able to get under the skin of the brief and deliver a huge mindset and cultural change over the course of just four days. We designed the event around the key messages, which included empowerment, responsibility and accountability. Developing on these themes, our programme included Train the Trainer workshops which gave the client the skills to ‘own’ the workshops and deliver them unaided to their teams.
